Hello I have a problem where if I start wog from the Epic Games Launcher, it just gives me an error that says "Could not find game data". Same thing happens when launching from the files. I got the game when it was free on egs, and played it a bit then.

If you encountered this problem you probably have 2 drives(or more) and you downloaded it to, let's say D: and when launching the game it gives you the error message, so just simply download it to drive C: , and it should work. Or atleast it worked for me, I think what is going on is that the launcher looks for files in the C: drive even tho it's installed in the other drives. It may be a problem with epic because other installs worked fine.
