Level problems!

hi guys,
i am totally stuck in chapter 3, and aspecially in "Upper Shaft"
i can't seem to figure out what to do!
i have tried almost everything but i can't get no further !
help me please, because it's the last one of the chapter i have to finish!

Lower the bomb/safe with the green goo balls until it lines up with the door that holds the black goo balls, then use the red balls to light the fuses to blow up the bomb/safe. THen you will have access to the black goo balls to build across to the now exposed pipe, Good Luck and Goog gooing

If you get stuck on any level again, there a "Skip This Level" button on the bottom right of the screen, after pressing Escape.

Or find the sulution on Youtube...
