Time to take a break for the Tower Series!

This shows you can make a level with fog that gets thicker and thicker. Wink

Machine Tower will come a few days later.

This will be below Hang Low. For people with new saves, it will unlock after completing Small Divide.

Egging Up

This is basically slightly modified version of going up...with a simple catch. You'll see what I mean.

::MINOR SPOILERS::
This kind of explains the level, so if you don't really want to know what the catch is, then don't read ahead. Okay? Cool.

I put this as a sample level, as its a way to use thin geometry as an gimmick to the level. In this case, there's a thin gap between the ground and the ballbuster part. This is why when you drop an egg from a certain height, it'll "crack". That's really it.

A simple gimick that people can use
The way it works:
have two pieces of geometry, one on top of the other.
The top one has no tags
The bottom one has a deadly or mostlydeadly tag

Break values and custom fonts are very underused, so I decided to use both.

Break Values: Most people think that break values are boolean. For example, if the value isn't set, the block won't break. If you set the value to something like 1, then it will break. However, the break value is a threshold that specifies the detonateforce needed in order to destroy the object. If you set the break value high enough, then certain explosives won't be able to destroy it, which is what I've done in this level.

MOM4Evr's Handy Chapter Tutorial

This is a simple chapter addin that I whipped up in a few days for my chapter tutorial here. It overrides chapter 2 with a bunch of levels of my own creation from the NotWOG2 project. Special thanks to those who helped:

Merger Test

This is a sample goomod showing how to modify existing game levels. It is not a playable level; it is intended as an example for addin developers.

It has the following functions:

  • GoingUp - Changes unattached balls to UglyProduct, and turns on visual debug.
  • SmallDivide - Removes all black balls and adds a new structure of drip balls.
