Yeah... that's why this site is still here, they're still updating the blog and are at the game developer’s conference in San Francisco this week... ::)

IIRC it was the publisher who went bankrupt... something like that.

Yes, only the publisher went bankrupt, and I doubt it was because of piracy. 2DBoy is still fine and sustained by legit sales, which still provide the guys with plenty of money. :)
