I am having problems finishing these couple levels its really starting to piss me off... Is there anyway I can skip them? ??? ??? ???

some levels yes, but only up to a maximum of however many skips you have.

Press escape and in the bottom right it says "skip this level for now"

Which levels, we may be able to give a few pointers on easy ways to finish.

At the down right corner, if you click on retry.

This is the level I have tried over and over and over..... I have gotten to 8 balls but no more.......

You have to connect the red ones to the red ones at the top and drop the white structure to the pipe.
It took me a couple tries, too. :-\

You can press the retry button, and then in the lower right corner there is a button called "skip this level for now".
