How do you get an OCD of 13 balls when there are only 12? Where are the hidden balls?

It's simple, getting OCD for Bulletin Board System: you cannot use ANY Square Goos to allow a more advantagous firing position for Launch Goo. You can drag the square goo s at the end to the final structure. And you can't kill any launch goo in the gears.
