See this thread here: http://2dboy.com/forum/index.php?topic=262.15 Basically, there's a bug right now where once you get to Chapter 4 (maybe in other cases too), you may crash while in the World of Goo corporation, and your profile will get deleted (and thus all your progress). Just posting here so you guys can fix it BEFORE it happens to you. Don't know if there's a way to back up your profile just in case or if it gets nuked during reinstallation though.

Well apart from this bug since chapter 4 my balls haven't increased o_0 it's stuck on 300 and since finishing the game + all the extra goo balls collected when replaying levels it still only shows 300 when I play world of goo corperation. Drives me nuts not having my balls!!! Will redownload and see if things change unless this is an official bug?

Actually, maybe you want to hold off on the re-download. That post says it's fixed and we should redownload, but I just got an email saying that the fix will be posted soon and then they'll tell us to redownload.

The 300 limit in WoGC is intentional. There's a Sign Painter sign that says so.

you can redownload the game now, that bug is fixed.

If you download the installer and install on top of the previous installation then it will keep your saves. But if you're worried, just make a backup of C:\ProgramData\2DBoy\pers2.dat!
