Forgive my ignorance, but can we send messages on World of Goo?

On the WoG corporation screen there is that computer that says "no new messages" when you click it.  That made me think it was possible to interact with other tower builders.  I've been trying to figure out how.  Then I figured I better come here to see if I've been wasting my time.  Thanks.

Good idea!  :)
For example, you see somebody's cloud. It is possible to do a button-envelope, where you can to write a small report. Whereupon a recipient will be able to read the report on panel, where was message from MOM. Of genius!

But after passing of game, the screen of MOM destroyed with WoG Corporation.

I see that part of the game as a bit of a waste. It's always there, but it's only used once. Maybe we could have gotten some marketing messages before we blew up WoG Corp.

Would work for WoG2, though there's no way that messages could be downloaded from the Internet with the current engine. Cross your fingers for open source!
