I need a little hint for this level so
i can reach the top with the requested balls

Is that the one where you build the really tall tower and has the frantic music?

If so, there's no real trick to it, just widen your base and try to keep your outer walls as vertical as possible.  If your tower is leaning heavily, weight the opposite side just enough to straighten it.

You might be building too wide at the top.  When you're within a screen length from the pipe, just build almost straight up with a very narrow tower.  The trick is that the suction from the pipe will keep your tower up, you just have to be quick about it.

Speed is key near the top.  I start with a base 3-4 triangles wide and reduce the width as a get higher.
