Hey hey.

I am from Europe and would really like this game on steam.. big problem it seems. So what I want to know is if I purchase it here (an option that still is open it seems), can I then activate it on steam (now or in 6 months time?). From reading around its clear people who pre-ordered can do this, but less clear is the state of people who purchase it now.

Short answer: Nope, you can't.

A bit les short answer: Those who pre-orded WoG received a Magic Key, and with this key they are able to activate the Steamversion. Since the game is DRM/copy protection free, you don't get a key to unlock the game.

The main problem is that is has been withdrawn from Steam for Europeans until approx March....
