Erm... personally I doubt what you're saying is true. I translated World of Goo to Dutch, and I didn't notice any irregular sign texts in chapter 2... And there's a sign in the picture.

No its there. Its not very hard to find either if you play close attention to the clues in the picture.

its real,and seems like the 2dboys wanted it as a secret even to the traslators, because as you can see in the new screens, the sign is not translated,im playing in spanish.

Dillxn, doesn't look like it.  That level requires 36 goos, the other that the OP linked only requires 16.
