Maybe this has been asked elsewhere, but I couldn't see any sign.

Will there be a world/level builder made available that anyone can use to build new content for the World of Goo.  I love the game and would love to see new content made available, either for purchase via the developer, or free via the community.

There isn't one yet, but it's likely there will be one.
