I have beaten every level but this one, it is the last one before you raise the telescope with the fish.  How do you beat it?  Anlyone that can help please do!

Did you find the second sign painter's sign yet? Try touching it with goo structure.

No you can't, if you got as high as the sign and still came short your tower is not straight enough, you need all the length for the fall. Try strengthening it on the right side to prevent it from falling together.

What Zeph said. You can't hook it to the sign, but I guessed you would soon find out that your tower would fall over to the right side when you got there.

Alternatively, utilize the balloon and those friendly spikes to make a different kind of transportation.
