User levels?

I'm willing to buy this game, but before doing that, I'd like to know something: will there be downloadable level packs and user-made levels? That would be awesome, and make the game even better! And if there IS this feature, is it in the PC version, Wii version or in both of them?

A level editor is not on the official to-do list, but work is being done by the community on making custom levels/a level editor, most likely just for the PC, at least at first.
