Cover Art for the download version?

Hi,

I've just bought the download version of the game because I want to give it to a relative as a gift. And for that I would like to print out some kind of cover, so that I can hand over a "real" dvd box. But my search for something like that wasn't successful. Is there nothing like this available? This game just deserves a nice box! ;-)

PS: I know there will be a retail boxed version but this will not be available in time for me here in Germany...

Thanks, I've already found that one but it's just to small for printing...

Yes, I search the same thing.

I will buy the game this week-end, and I prefer something more physic than a simple downloaded file, so I will burn it on a CD, and I have no cover.
