So, it... belongs to the sign painter? Ok, I guess he can have it, he has been helpful on occasion... but the fact that there's this single goo-node without a cheerful little flag annoys me.

Am I missing something obvious in how to get the flag there, or is it just impossible? At first I thought that getting every other OCD would do it, but that didn't seem to help.

The XML for that island has no OCD definition for that level at all.

So unless it's some easter egg hardwired in the code... but I don't think so, because when I create a level with no OCD requirements, I get the same message from the Sign Painter.

I think it's a plot twist - The Sign Painter is actually the one who writes all OCDs!
