Problem at level 4 "deliverance"

Hello,

I have just finished the  Chapter 4 "Mom's Computer" and I can't open the level "deliverance" (livraison in the french version that I am using), a message of Mom tells me that the access is temporarely suspended and that there is a message in the mailbox of the representative of World of Goo.....
So I am unable to reach the beginning of this level.

Can you help me ?

You need to check your mailbox in the World of Goo Corporation.

Thank you davidc, I had'nt been able to locate the mailbox.

Now it is done and it works well.
