I have a problem. Yesterday I bought the full version, but when I klicked on a link given in the mail I had received from 2D Boy, there was a message on the page

Please contact the support department as soon as possible, and please have your site name ready.
What should I do? |
This seems very much like you're somehow getting the (really old) bluehost server.
Try replacing the URL in the e-mail as follows:
http://www.worldofgoo.com/dl2.php?lk=[your secret numbers]
becomes
http://174.133.168.211/dl2.php?lk=[your secret numbers] |
Did you the mailbot friend: http://worldofgoo.com/manualEmailBot.php
It can send you a new link :)

Several things could have happened....
* Sometimes the confirmation email ends up in your spam folder. Check and see if it's there. You can also have the download link re-sent to you by entering your email address here
* If you paid through paypal with an e-check, those take a few days to clear and you'll get the download link as soon as paypal processes the payment (log in to your paypal account and see what payment method you used)
* Mysterious cosmic rays might have affected your payment. If your payment has cleared and you checked your spam folder and still don't have your goo, send us an email and we'll take care of you
My download link does't work - I can't access worldofgoo.com?
This is a DNS problem. We recently changed servers, and it's shameful how long it takes DNS to propogate to some locations! In the meatime, simply replace "www.worldofgoo.com" with the ip address "174.133.168.211".
