Hi!

I have a problem with the Demo on my Vista 32bit.
After installation, when I double click the WoG icon on the desktop nothing happens! I can see a WorldOfGoo.exe process in my task manager but thats it.
I tried demo from Steam and demo from 2dboy.com. Same results.
Pls help!

Try running as an administrator, and if you have a firewall or something that would prevent WOG from connecting to their servers for uploading scores, you may wish to allow WOG through the firewall. Also you may be able to run WOG in a back compatibility to windows xp sp2, and that may help.

I'm running it with admin rights from the beginning.
I don't have any firewall. User Access Control is disabled.
Please help. I would really like to buy Your game but I cant launch it.

This is a problem with your system, as many users have it running on vista with no problems.

I would first suggest updating all graphics and sound drivers and trying again.

Let us know.

Also what graphics card, sound, display setup (single/dual monitor), processor etc.

I know it works on Vista because I played it on my friends computer.
I have Vista Business

4 GB RAM
2x 1TB hdisks in RAID-0
Mainboard EVGA with NVIDIA nForce 650i Ultra
Resolution is 1280x720 (Plasma TV - 720p)

No antivirs, firewalls etc

IF YOU have trouble with Goo in multiple Accounts on Vista....Have the System Administrator put WOG in the Public File.  From the public file you can place goo on non-administrator accounts...have to look around the WOG file to find the correct icon to post on account for startup from desktop.
