The level is looking for at least 15 balls but there are not 15 balls available to begin with. ??? ??? ???

I count 26 "available" goos without breaking the chain. Did you look down??

My screen shows only 12 green goo balls available. I'm able to get 9 sucked up with three left in the ladder. Is there a way to waken any of the goo balls sleeping down below? Is there any way to add goo balls?

Sleeping goos will wake when they are close to a structure. All you have to do is get down to them.... Remember, you don't always have to build towards the pipe first.. Hope this helps.

Use apps and games.... Go up.... Keep clicking through the options, (try and type in the computer screen that pops up) it says some funny stuff. I went through the top one till the end, then the middle, then the last. Hope it helps.
