Same here.  Looks like whatever should be at the end of the URL after lk= is missing.

I am guessing that this is systemic so that sucks.

When you bought the game, you were supposed to receive an e-mail message containing a personal download link, of the form:
  http://www.worldofgoo.com/dl2.php?lk=blablabla
(The "blablabla" part should be kept private, so don't post your link here!)

I understand you got the e-mail, but with an invalid link? If that's the case, something is wrong with the mail bot and you are probably best off contacting 2D Boy directly using the Contact Page.
