Almost-constant buzzing/crackling sound on OS X

I just bought the full version, but now when I start the game there's a buzzing/crackling sound that persists in the level selection screen and the actual game itself, but stops during loading screens. I'm running Leopard 10.5.6 on an iBook G4 w/ Radeon 9550. I didn't have this issue in the demo.

EDIT: It seems to be coming mostly from the left speaker, but the speaker is fine playing other things.

Same here bro. Clickety click in the Left speaker. Very annoying.

Buy new speakers, man.

that disabling airport can help with this issue. 


Disabling Airport didn't help, and the demo has the same issue now.

I think I figured out a way to get rid of this bug in this thread.
