Sorry if this has already been asked, I had a quick search but could not see. How can I transfer the game status from windows(7) to ubuntu? I am a good way through chapter 3 so don't want to start again on my current ubuntu machine. TIA :)

Have a look at /opt/WorldOfGoo/linux-issues.txt. It boils down to finding the pers2.dat file on Windows, and copying it to $HOME/.WorldOfGoo/pers2.dat on Linux (mind the leading dot in the directory name!) There are some additional tricks in this thread if you switch between Windows and Linux frequently: - Moving pers2.dat?
