where can I found patch 1.41 for linux version, and what was changed from 1.40 to 1.41?

There is no patch, but you can download the updated version from the same download link you received when you ordered the game.

The most important change is that version 1.41 adds native support for 64-bit systems, so people using a 64-bit OS don't need to use compatibility libraries to play the game anymore.
