Won't Install

I downloaded version 1.30 from the birthday event and am having problems installing. When I run the installer, it says:

Error opening file for writing:

C:\Program Files (x86)\WorldOfGoo<filename>

Where <filename> is:

D3DX9_38.dll
SDL.dll
WorldOfGoo.exe
irrKlang.dll
libcurl.dll
msvcm80.dll
msvcp80.dll
msvcr80.dll
ode.dll

All the other stuff will install, after I tell it to ignore these errors, but, obviously, it won't run. I've downloaded it 7 times over a period of like 4 days and I get the same problem every time. I'm running it on Vista and stuff. I don't think my firewall (Comodo) is interfering because it's not bringing up any messages. Can anyone help?

Actually, I fixed out the problem. It was my firewall...
