Can't Download full game

Any suggestions for this?  It happens when I click the full download link in the email sent to me.

BUT

when I click on that .exe I get a "Not Found" page with a bunch of text that looks like I might not be able to post on the public forum.  Any help?

EDIT*-

I decided to try the link in internet explorer instead of my usual firefox, and it all worked fine!  Weird huh?

I'm having a similar problem, except it happens in both Firefox and Internet Explorer. :(

I paid for 100% region free (using paypal), from this site. Got my confirmation e-mail, but the link I was sent will not work in either browser. I have used the "contact us" link, but I'm impatient, lol, I wanna play. Any solutions please? :)

I got similar bug. I did not receive the mail included the link.
When i Try resend it  i got a "cannot acces DB"

i wanna play :p
