What's the point?

Just a small question.
Is the point to build a tower to the pipe with as few goo balls as possible, or to make it as complex as possible?
A bit confused  ???

The main goal is always to get enough goo-balls through the pipe (look at the bottom right to see how many you need). What you build to achieve this goal doesn't matter.

To get the Obsessive Completion Distinction you may have to collect even more Goo-balls, use very few moves, or very little time, as the case may be. Click the OCD button on the in-game menu to see the OCD criterium for each level!
