I just got the steam version with my magic key, and with starting the game it says I got the 'Executive Producer of Goo Product' for completing all the levels.
Great for me ;D, at least if I really did complete all the levels.

I finished the game, but I still have three levels uncompleted, I skipped these in the progress. And with that I haven't completed all the levels. So why did I get this achievement?

It'll count towards the achievement even if you skip a few levels.

I know that, but isn't that some kind of a bug.  ;)
