My monitor is 1680x1050 (1.6 ratio) and it stretches the image over the whole screen. You can change the resulution if you go in WorldOfGoo\properties\config.txt. But, like so many other posts here in the support forum says, the result is not so good if you increase the resolution from the default 800x600.

But, if you just change the width from 800 to 960 (600x1.6), the result looks ok. As far as I can see at least... :)

Very interesting! It seems the problem is related to where the 'continue' handle is displayed. If you try changing your resolution to 1280x800, you'll notice that it is displayed in wrong spot (too far down). I imagine as you increase the height higher it eventually gets pushed off the screen entirely.

Thanks for the tip!

yeah, the continue handle thingy was the problem with increasing the hight. if you only increase the width, things seem to stay pretty normal :)

By the by, I tried changing it too; I'd just like to add that 1680 x 1050 is more commonly referred to as a 16:10 ratio, not 1.6...

And yes, at 1680x1050 the continue handle is entirely out of reach :(

For some reason my screen stays 800x600 when I edit to 960x600... Can't figure out why...

Edit: Oh, probably because it thinks my monitor can't display that.
