Sorry for my English, I'm Spanish and I don't know how to write very well.

I live in Spain, Europe, and I tried to purchase World of Goo in Steam, but the program said to me:

This item is currently unavailable in your region

So I'm thinking to purchase it via Paypal, and my question is: Will I be able to play it in my computer when I download it? Or is the PC version only avaliable in America?
