Hey, howcome my goo ball count is limited to 300, when some of the other clouds report people having more than twice that??

I've had this same problem, plus a little extra.
Since the end of chapter 1, when i look at the World of Goo Corporation there are 2 clouds with my name.
One with a max of 500 roughly and the other with a much smaller number.
Now that i've finished the game, i'm limited to 300 and there's still a second cloud that says
i have a hell of a lot more.
I'd really like to be able to use them all.
