How do you change the directory where your progress profile is located?

Hello,

I am at a University and wanted to be able to play World of Goo on any old student lab computer whenever I get a few free minutes.  I installed it to my little flash drive, and it seems that it can run on multiple computers without reinstallation, but profile data is not being saved.  From the forum posts I've looked at it sounds like this is because the profiles are written to a %/Documents and Settings/% directory on the OS drive.  Is there an easy change that can be made to alter this?
