Just had this crash during alt-tab session back and forth into the game...

I had the same (or close to same on 32 bit)purchased disk from BestBuy. Need Help

could you please post your dxdiag report in code tags?
xp: start -> run -> "dxdiag" -> save all information(or something like that)
xp 64bit: start -> run -> "dxdiag /64bit" -> save all information(or something like that)
vista: start -> searchfield -> "dxdiag" -> save all information(or something like that)
