Problem paying with International VISA

I live abroad and am very keen on purchasing the world of goo. I do not have a paypal account and so tried my visa. But I couldn't pay (although on occasion I've often purchased stuff using the same card). Bummer. Any other ideas how I can get my hands on the game?

I bought this game from Norway with a Norwegian VISA two hours ago. No problems. You could try to buy it from the alternatives: "PC versions are also available on Steam, Direct2Drive, Beanstalk, Greenhouse, and Impulse."
