...but that $20 PayPal transaction went through with lightning speed, and all I have to show for it is the demo version I had before purchasing. Not thrilled about this....

Did you receive a download link in your email? If you have not downloaded anything except the demo previously, look here (the second question) http://2dboy.com/faq.php If you installed the full version on top of the demo, perhaps try uninstalling it, removing the folder, and checking your profile folder for any remnants?

Sometimes (a lot of times) our confirmation mails get marked as spam somewhere along the way. You can view your confirmation mail and download link here, just use option 2, and make sure to use the exact email address paypal has on file for you: http://worldofgoo.com/manualEmailBot.php
