Can somebody give me a savegame where in capter two Volcanic Percolator Day Spa has made or say me how i have to do it

It really depends on how you want to beat the level:

1. If you want to achieve OCD, then you need to simply (and carefully!) build a pillar upwards, but make sure that the pillar is never thicker than two goo strands. It takes a few tries, but it will come in time.
2. If you just want to complete the level, you can merely build upwards, building flying buttresses and various other support measures to ensure that the beauty goo is sucked into the turbine. From there, all that you need to do is build down.
