The Genetic Sorting Machine lists 24 moves as the OCD requirement. It never tells you how many moves you did (there's no end of level summary because of the end of stage video), but I can count, and the OCD appears to be much less than 24.

I kept trying, counting each time, and did not get a flag for 24, 23 or even 21 moves. Finally I managed to do it in 18, and then did get the flag.

(I took care to count every action as a move, even just accidentally moving a goo ball without attaching it to anything)

Is this a bug?

how many moves does it say you did on the map?

It only says I saved 18 balls, not the number of moves.

Doesn't mean the post wasn't 110.5% useless though.  something more constructive would of been much more usefull.
