Suggestion: Leave the Timebug on screen when the level is complete

When the game has been complited, the replay value is in trying to accomplish the best score possible per level.
And often, a mistake is made at the last second of a level, causing goo balls to be lost, and preventing reaching the highscore. Very frustrating.
Just leave the timebugs on screen to fix this. It's not because I completed the level that I'm finished with it!:)
