please let it come to the DS!!jojo03/24/2009 - 08:13

after playing this game for quite some time,
i thought about, how wonderfull it would be to play this game on a DS with the stylus.
the DS is quite powerfull when it comes to 2D images, also this would be cool to play on the go!

pleaaaase consider bringing this game to the DS, i would get this game from day1 if it got released!
that would be soo awesome.

maybe the upper screen can be a total view, and the touch screen a zoomed in version (like N+ or Linerider on the DS)

Mebbe the top screen could be objectives, moves, and time. That would solve many problems.

I would still buy it on wii instead.

Ya, the WiiMote feels more natural. ;D

ya, i think it would lose that certain kind of *magic* on the ds, but it could still be interesting.

maybe if they didn't just copy-paste the pc/wiiware versions, and made a different goo game with different (probably smaller scale levels) to take advantage of the ds's unique features, and slower processing power.

maybe if they made it a dsiware game, they could actually take full advantage of the dsi's improved power, and not worry about a ds phat or ds lite not being able to run it.

so, i guess it would have potential.

If you have a tablet pc you can try playing it with the pen mouse. That's what I did, was fun :) Same thing goes with a plain image graphics drawing tablet

Yeah, I tried that.
It's AWESOME, since you don't need the keyboard for most of the game. :D :D :D

I think a lot of people would enjoy it being portable. If they release it as a download game it would be even cooler.

yeah, methinks WOG only realy works when you have an Audio system worthy of the soundtrack, and a moneter that transefers the graphics properly. i think they brought right too the correct platforms, but an ipod version would be nice.

What about additional levels? That's the best part!

Re: please let it come to the DS!!garyyo05/19/2009 - 20:59

and dont discriminate against left handed ppl
for example if it is made to move the screen with arrows(and move balls with touch) make it so it is possible to switch to using buttons instead of just arrows

Not going to appear on the DS as the hardware isn't capable of calculating the physics fast enough (Paraphrased from an interview with 2DBoy)
