2D-Boy's recent epicness in the "pay-what-you-want-for-World-of-Goo" resulted in 85,000+ sales.

This should give Ron and Kyle plenty of money to finish the #$%#!! Profanity Pack™, which is rapidly becoming vaporware.

More money DOES NOT equal more time. ;)

Plus, if they are concentrating on new ideas (and the iphone version of WOG) then I see little chance of anyone EVER getting the promised Profanity Pack™... :(

Not necessarily. A lot of people paid $.01, and 2D Boy don't see any money from those orders.

83,250 total birthday copies  with 3.30$ average per copy  =  274 725$

- 13% RayPall fees that is 274 725 - 35 714.25 = 239 011$

+ 40% increase in Steam sales

+ 9% increase in WiiWare sales

= a lot more then 239 011$

That s a lot of money!   :o ;D

What I meant was that they didn't nearly get the amount of money they would if everyone paid $20. But yeah, that is quite a bit.

If the price was regular $20 then "everyone" would be 500 people not 83250. ;)
