What does OCD do?

???Simple question, here. *Ahem* Why is it important to get an OCD? What does it do if you get them all? Or, is it just a, "WOAH! I can do the OCD, awesome, man!" :D

It does nothing (that I am aware of).
It is just there for the extra challenge and adds some replayability.  :)

OCDs allow you to cultivate flags fields ! ;D

it's like the par's in doom 1/2: so you can go "I beat the high score!  Yippie!"  :D
