Apparently, it make use of all of your goo balls (I think) and make you use them to build an insanely high distance upwards where you'll find the pipe.

WOW!!that level is hard! i found some images of those things you can attatch one goo to that doesnt fall,in the backgroung on the side. they dont react though...
