GooTool 0.10.2 is out. Major feature in this release is profile backup/restore via the website or between computers. http://goofans.com/node/107
It's been a while since I posted a release announcement in here, so here's the changelog for recent versions:

thanks for the Gootool update, the bigger island1 screen is really useful.^^ i hope your level editor is ready soon. 8)
World of Goo 1.40? is that just a linux related update? or does it teach the game a couple of new tricks? (thinking of moddability(is that a word?)) that would be awesome. ;D hmmm... hopefully you didn't have to sign a NDA. ;)

I haven't signed an NDA :) The Linux betas were labelled 1.40, and I believe the Unicode fixes from the Linux version will be fed back into the main release. That's not to say there will be a Windows 1.40 - I don't know what other changes (if any) may be in the works! But if there is, GooTool 0.10.2 will be ready to handle the new profile format.
