Is WOG Editor still being worked on?

I just ran into WOG modding this weekend, and I've been playing with WOG Editor a good bit.  It's a very well-done tool for what it is.  Has its rough edges, but I'm impressed with what's been done so far.

But I notice that while there was a lot of activity initially, I don't really see anything happening with it in the last 7 months.  I sure hope NitroZark (and others?) haven't given up on it or found new ways to spend their time =)
