I don't get you either. New levels added with GooTool now show up in the top left of chapter 1, not chapter 5, if that's what you were asking.

That's actually the placeholder graphic for moon, what you're seeing is the (normally disabled) button for chapter 6, using the same graphic as chapter 5 as a placeholder.
