There's an editor on sourceforge.net, but it only works on Windows.

Look, it IS crappy that there's nothing else, but I've made some hilarious edits, like an anti gravity Chain and Beauty School with an Undelete pill instead of a Beauty Head.

I know you CAN, but it's VERY VERY complicated. I didn't literally mean that it's impossible.
