LI modding tools?

I've been looking around for some LI modding information, but without much success.
http://infernofans.com/forum/mods-and-hacks/10917-tutorial-modding seems to include relevant information, but liTools are no longer available, making tutorial mostly useless.
Are there any alternate downloads or tools for it? I'm interested only in extractor/packer tools.
After more searching, I've found https://github.com/meh2481/liTools, which appears to be source code of liTools. However, I wasn't able to build it (so far) due to being on Linux and fact that this project uses very outdated library versions (leading to compilation issues even when using cross-compiler to work platform issues around).
