This brings me to our topic of a clean vs a dirty Keto Diet Review . Since this type of diet is limited in carbohydrates, a normal staple might be seafood, meat, and low-carb vegetables. This doesn't mean it is fine to eat a fast food burger or other commercially raised meat. If you are only just cutting your carb intake, you are living a "dirty" keto diet. The vegetables, meat, seafood, etc... , should be organic and non GMO.
