Hi, GooLiam!
Just a few things:
1. The depth of the cat image makes the parallax effect offset from the geometry.
English: The deadly geometry over your cat isn't lining up with the background image, which makes it difficult to be able to tell where you have to build in order to not die. My suggestions would be to cut the cat out of the image (using a program like GIMP or PAINT.NET), and make that a new scenelayer with a depth closer to 0 so that you can tell where the geometry is. Either that, or you could make the whole image have a depth closer to 0, but that makes some strange shadows around the Goo Balls. Your choice.
2. From your screenshot, it looks like you've got Hany's Far Lands mod installed, which hasn't been on this site for quite some time now. How long have you been around? Just curious.

MOM4Evr I fixed it by Zooming the Background in to 50 and I added a sign

kk, cool. I'll try to get to it sometime; right now World of Goo is crashing on startup, so I'll probably be troubleshooting that for a bit.
EDIT: Ok, OCD is quite low (I got 40 on my first try and lost quite a few Goo Balls in the process). I didn't see any use for the balloons or the RectHeads, but other than that, it was a nice little level.

I think it had something to do in my case with the Steam version for some reason. If I run the Steam version (from inside Steam) first, it seems to reset something, and GooTool can launch it fine. I'm still trying to figure out exactly what's going on with it.
