Daft as Brush has been away from this site for 7 weeks and 2 days. I doubt he will respond. That tutorial I linked to is one he wrote, which is exactly the same as what he would say if he responded.

You can, but only the first and last will work.
You can, however, use multiple end types, such as a triggerheight, an endoncollision, and a pipe.

Or than ending with a pipe,
another way to end a level would be that
you read one perticular sign
when the sign's text ends
the screen fades and a movie starts

You can't define new end-level conditions. Reading sign can't end the level in World of Goo.

Well, there is a way. Make the sign a special animated Goo Ball with one strand above a friendly anchor. When you click it, it should attach. That triggers an TargetHeight, which starts the movie. Just use a modified levelFadeOut movie to show the sign before the fade.

Just place it in the level. And make some dynamic geometry and a geomkiller.

endonnogeom basically means that the level will automatically end whenever there's no dynamic geometry left (geometry that can move). So when all the geometry is destroyed (like by a geomkiller static geometry, or by blowing it up with explosive Goo Balls), the level will end. Of course, the ending will be abrupt unless you have a cutscene or such at the end of the level.
